'One of the very nicest things about life is the way me must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.' ~Luciano Pavarotti

Indeed! Hope you have successfully pushed away that cold by now. The change of season lurgies - they're hiding around every corner at this time of year.
Hey first time commenting here, but been reading you from a long time. Thought probably you'll be interested in this http://arthousecoop.com/projects/sketchbookproject
p.s. my father was obsessed with pavarotti...he had photos of him in all of our family albums, and we like to tell people he is our long lost brother ;)
Damn those fennel drop biscuits look yummy. Luciano sang wondrously and clearly had his priorities right....but one can't help but wonder if that very philosophy did him in? Hope you are feeling better Priya. Your garden is lovely.
Hope the cold has been banished by all that marvelous spicy chai! I can't wait to try the recipe- thanks so much for sending it my way!
And the fennel flapjacks...might have to try those as well. Maybe add some cornmeal, too. The Pavarotti quote made me giggle; he was, if anything, a prodigious eater!
