hey sabine, i just saw a comment you left on anjum's facebook page and i thought ' good heavens, could it be the same person who comments on my blog? she's an OC too!'. yup, i was anjum's classmate at school. i'd love to know more about you. when were you in bangalore and at BCGS?
I LOVVE this one!Happy New Year, you wicked one :)
priya, check this out: http://bishopcotton-oldgirls.com/html/1950s_60s.html and click on the first link on the left, next to the picture.... btw, i took those photos in 1966 - and i made the website. i only spent 3 yrs in b'lore but they were important ones, during a time when b'lore was still more or less quaint w an abundance of trees and much less traffic. i have strong memories - i guess everything was so 'different'. i graduated from BCGS in 1966 and my family returned to germany. my dad worked for NGEF. i now live near seattle, wa. --sabine--
Oh this is fun!!! Priya,I wish you a Happy and a Fabulously grand New Year ... full of good surprises!
Sabine, this is terrific! You were in school before I was born but your pictures remind me of what school was like when I was there. (I felt a bit alien the last time I went there and walked on the paved paths). I love that the pictures are so big and clear and I love that you've included your autograph book! Great website...still looking through!
